As the guarantor/co-signer I understand that I have no legal rights regarding information about the tenant(s). I will not be allowed entry into the unit at anytime without the express written consent of the tenants. My obligation as guarantor/co-signer is to be responsible for the monthly rent payment and/or any damages in the event the tenant(s) cannot meet their obligation.
To start the application process you will need to pay the non-refundable application processing fee of $50.00 and $500.00 the apartment hold fee. Please contact the leasing office to make arrangements to pay on-line with your Tenant Web Access account. Other methods of payment accepted are check, money order, or certified funds. Cash payments are not accepted. The Leasing office will also confirm the type of unit, move in date, and special requests. Your application will be processed for approval once you have paid your fees and returned all required paperwork. The unit hold fee will apply towards the damage and security deposit and holds the apartment for you during the processing of application. The application processing fee is not a rental payment or deposit. This fee is utilized by management to cover the cost of processing the application information.
The hold fee is REFUNDABLE if your application is denied or you cancel within 3 business days of paying your application and hold fee.
The hold fee will NOT BE REFUNDED if you cancel after 3 business days of making the application/hold fee payment, or if you fail to submit required verifications within 3 business days of application payment, or your application has been approved for a lease and you fail to sign the lease in 10 days. Upon execution of the Lease, the unit hold fee will be applied toward the Damage and Security Deposit which is due upon application approval/assignment.
After you have been notified of approval of your application, a lease agreement must be signed within ten (10) business days or our offer to lease may be withdrawn and your hold money retained by us as liquidated damages.
Animals are not allowed unless agreed to in writing by both parties and appropriate fees paid in full.
Possession of the premises is not guaranteed until Wilson White Company deems the apartment is ready for occupancy. Wilson White Company shall not be liable for any delay in possess of the premises due to causes beyond its direct control.
The applicant warrants and represents the information on this application to be true and correct. All persons and firms named may freely give any requested information concerning me and I hereby waive all right of action for any consequence resulting from such action. The undersigned authorizes Wilson White Company, to release all information contained in this application on behalf and for the benefit of the undersigned. I understand that Wilson White Company may obtain a background information in connection with my application and that my application may be rejected based on information received.
